Ear and Itching

My dog just has the itchiest ears it seems. She is always scratching her ears and it bothers me and it is starting to really annoy her not only because of the scratching and the itching but she is hurting her ears now. I tried to clean them out with some apple cider vinegar and it really has seemed to do the trick. I think she had some fungus in their and the vinegar is killing it and getting rid of it. So I will keep doing this!
