Neck Ache

I have a headache however, I think that it is due to the fact the my neck has been hurting. I actually just went to the doctors yesterday and he check me out because I was a little freaking out because an achy neck is a symptom of meningitis and I was a little worried there. But it is just stress pain because of the way I was holding something. I think that is why I just feel horrible all over. I think I may have pulled or sttressed a muscle or something.
