Taking a Nap

So I decided to take a nap today. I very rarely do such a thing because I just have always felt that taking a nap in the middle of the day is just such a waste of my time. Especially when I have so much to do. I just can not justify sleeping in the day. In fact, I am the exact opposite of my husband who just loves to sleep. I do not like to sleep at all. There is just too much to do..I am too busy to sleep!
