The only way to get peace and quiet with a puppy around!

The only way to get peace and quiet with a puppy around is to tire her out! Play with her, walk with her, take time in training her (that has a two fold benefit, not only does it get her tired, but it slowly remedies her behavior that we as the owners so desperately need to escape).

Today I played fetch with Gracie. She doesn't play well, she would rather play "chase me and see if you can take the thing that you don't want in my mouth out"! She loves that game! Unfortunately it not only tires her out, but as the owner you can get terribly worn out yourself!

So if you want to get even a little work done around the house, give that pup some exercise! Actually in the end it gives you the owner exercise and a great way to bond with the puppy, which will make the puppy want to please you even more. Of course like humans what one wants to do is not always what one does!
